When working out many people simply lift a weight from point A to point B, never thinking about the purpose of the exercise or why they are performing it. The goal is not to just move the weight, the focus must be on working the targeted muscle group in the most effective and efficient manner to create a physical transformation. For example, if you’re performing a squat, you should feel it in the front of your thighs (quadriceps) and glutes. If you don’t, then you’re doing something wrong and not getting the most benefit from the exercise. Precise exercise form also minimizes the chances of injury. Working out can be challenging and requires a lot of our time and energy, so why not make the most effective use of that time? I’m pleased to offer an exercise analysis service.
Here’s How It Works:
Film your most challenging exercises, email them to me, and I will provide an in-depth analysis along with steps for correcting your form. You then have an opportunity to send me a follow-up video so I can be sure you’ve got it down correctly, and we’ll make any final tweaks at that time.
